The story of
Chohan Foundation

A Childhood Lesson

Our Ethos

For as long as we can remember, the concept of community service has been a cornerstone in our upbringing. We were raised with the notion that the sky was the limit for our ambitions, yet it was made abundantly clear that the horizon was not evenly visible to all. From an early age, we understood that countless individuals face barriers—be they geographical, socio-economic, or gender-based—that limit their life possibilities.

A Mission-Driven By Universal Values

Birth of The Chohan Foundation

It was this deeply ingrained recognition of life's inequalities that led to the inception of the Chohan Foundation. Guided by the conviction that every human life carries an inherent worth, our primary goal became a steadfast commitment to philanthropy. The mission was not just a fanciful wish but a daily charge: to utilize our resources effectively to ensure that everyone, regardless of their starting point, should have an equal opportunity for a healthful and fulfilling existence.

Close To Home But Still Significant

Early Initiatives

As we navigated the early waters of charitable endeavors, we felt compelled to make a difference in our communities. Our first ventures were close to home. This was no small effort; it was an endeavor that enabled countless students and adults alike to connect to the world, research, learn, and improve their quality of life.

Our approach

A Mission-Driven By Universal Values

In the global landscape of institutions striving for positive change, where does the Chohan Foundation stand? The world typically operates within the realms of the public and private sectors.

Founder

KC Chohan, a man of resilience and vision, founded this foundation with a mission deeply rooted in personal tragedy and triumph. Understanding the profound impact of medical conditions on life expectancy and quality, KC aims to provide resources and support for people facing life-threatening health conditions along with better education and increased opportunities.

The foundation is a tribute to the memory of his late brother and father, as well as an homage to the life-prolonging technology that has aided his grandmother.
